CSSFA end of year and graduate farewell Party: BBQ at Jordan Lake, Saturday May 22nd

This is the last event organized by 2009-2010 CSSFA committee.
In appreciation of NCSU community’s support for CSSFA during the 2009-2010 term, celebrating school year-end and farewell to graduating students, CSSFA is going to organize a BBQ party at Jordan Lake on Saturday May 22nd.
Foods and drinks will be provided by CSSFA. Everyone is invited to celebrate with us together!
Details are posted as follows:
Who: All the Chinese students, Faculties, Visiting scholars and their families
What: BBQ & picnic. Other things you can do nearby - swimming, trail walking, fishing, boating
When: 10:15am, May 22nd
Where: Gether in front of EBI/EBII, (Wolfline 8# and 11#bus stop), then carpool to Lake Jordan (You are strongly encourage to find your friend to carpool by yourself.
Sign in: (required) write down your registration information before 5:00pm Friday, so that we can prepare food

Park: Jordan Lake State Park, Apex, NC.
Other comments:
- We will gather at Ebenezer Area Shelters, shelter #8 is reserved whole day for our event
- Meat and drinks are provided by CSSFA
- Park closes at 8:00pm
- Regular driving time is around 30min from campus, prepare accordingly
- You are welcome to bring some games: Frisbee, poker, football, volleyball etc.
- There is a swimming beach nearby, you can bring your swimming suits.
