2011年10月到12月EB-1 Visa(绿卡)批准案件分析

本文由张哲瑞联合律师事务所提供。 An English version is available for this post. ————————————————- 从2011年10月到12月，我们事务所有46个EB-1案件获得批准, 包括：28个EB-1(a)案件，16个EB-1(b)案件，和2个EB-1(c)案件。其中27个申请没有经过RFE就直接获得了批准。此外，在此期间，我们所还有86个NIW申请顺利获得批准。整个2011年，我所共获得了286件NIW申请的批准， 206件EB-1申请的批准，815件I-485申请的批准以及269件H-1B申请的批准。
